Will this work if I'm currently using the unnamed rom? I think unnamed is based off of the rogue kernel and not AOSP (which I read is what I need in order to run MIUI). Is this correct and should I be able to run it without any problems? Thanks.

@NitroC4Racing You're confusing a few different things. UnNamed ROM is based off the Samsung stock ROM, not a kernel. The developer included a stock kernel with the ROM that was packaged with Rogue recovery. None of this is pure AOSP. If you flash MIUI, you will be wiping your ROM and kernel, so it doesn't matter what you're currently running.

Thanks for all the great vids and tuts. I followed all the steps from how to root to how to get cwm on the phone worked great for my ek02 E4GT but when i tried to install MIUI from the internal storage it did not boot up from the samsung load screen. Did all the steps over and over didnt get it to work any solutions bro? Thanks

I can only get to the stock android recovery, it doesn't get to CWM recovery :( Sad....helppp

@qbking77 Yes, rooted using the automated script, and have CWM installed and CWM recovery installed. When I reboot the phone using the (volume up + power btn combo) it looks like it attempts to load something, gets about 30% done and then goes to the android with the exclamation mark above. From there if i hit the menu button it goes to the android recovery but the only options are to factory restore or reboot device. I'm confused.

hey QBking77. You should add in ur video that before flashing MIUI to make sure in previous ROM that ur voicemail doesnt have msges or u wll get ghost voicemail notification in MIUI notifiction bar.

im currently running TNz blend 2.6.0...so i have a EL29 kernel but have kept the EK02 modem due to it was oddly giving me better speeds lol but should any of that matter? and once i flash this and it works, i can still say flash back to blend at any time correct?

And yes, you can restore a nandroid backup or flash back to this rom at any time

Hi, quick questions.

Are your theme downloads SUPER slow? Market downloads are fine, its just using the miui theme downloader is SOO slow. Also, when using widget locker my status bar at the top isn't black, I was wondering how to make the status bar black because I never had this problem on any other roms I flashed (yes I've tried other status bar themes but they all are just clear and makes my widget locker lock screen look funky when trying to use the black time. Wish I could show you a pic.

I dont like any of the 4g touch roms they all are missing either wimax tether or something important so my question to qbking77 is do u know of a rom that is faster and better tham stock ek02 that has everything working please tell us.

Idk y when I flashed this rom it doesnt boot up it just takes me back into recovery, I followed all the steps and still nothing. Now im restoring my backup and I'll try again, but I just think thats weird it didnt work for me. any ideas why?
