Yea that is not a lyric mess-up, it makes the song more personal. If your focusing that hard on making sure the lyrics are the album version then your missing the rest of the music experience.

I don't consider that 'messing up', I remember watching a live green day performance on tv and Billie Joe switched around a bunch of words, and it was definetely not by accident. I thought bands just always did that.
