There is a really awful double standard. You get people who are against you for getting it done, and some will call you shallow and other names after you get it done. @BlakeVocals I too am self conscious about my nose. I want the bridge to be levelled out and tip lifted and shortened. Both are slight things, nothing thats major and most people say mine is fine and even nice. I don't see it that way and obsess over how it should look.

The risk is, however, that the end result of a rhinoplasty, no matter how good the surgeon, could potentially be not to my liking. That's even worse as a scenario.

I'd probably opt for Dr. Solomon's nose tbh, thats my look

My father is a neurosurgeon and what he does is 10x worse then this. I have met many of his clients that have had nose jobs and rhinoplasty such as this patient above. They have told me that the pain was excruciating when they woke up from the surgery and the healing process is very long.

I just had a septorhinoplasty last month, I didnt have any swelling whatsoever, also nothing was put inside my nose after the surgery, just a cast to cover it. and the best thing is that it cost my dad like $600 dlls, my dad is a pediatrician and he has a lot of friends, one of them is otolaryngologist so he didnt charge us. Also it was performed here in Mexico which is more affordable to get one. I stopped snoring and now I breathe 100 % better compared to the 25-30% estimated by the Dr.

I did this 2 weeks ago,no pain at all after that,just discomfort,that faded with time.It's incredible how people get SOO EASILY scared just seeing an operating theatre,a bleeding nose and a surgeon working.That's the way we're made inside...I wasn't scared at all...and I would do that again.I now breath properly and my profile has changed a lot (I also had a chin implant).

i got this done august 5th.

my swelling is little to nothing now it was swollen bad for the first month and a half.

2. the surgery they knock you out with anesthesia. after the first day the pain is like a 4 but you are weak and very hungry. 2-3 it hurts like a 6 but you get prescribed medication for this. (Vicodin is what i got). 4-7 days it doesn't hurt just you eyes are pudgy and you cant smell. eating sucks! after you get the temporary cast off pain goes down to like a 2
