@catfishingfool The line I use is 10 lb, or 12 lb, and I play the fish. I could put 24lb line and reel it in in no time, but thats not the point. Casting is easier with thinner line.

@FILIP789987 lol well dude in the UK they spend thousands of dollars perfecting their set up. well one carp fishing is competitive in europe and im pretty most if not all carp world records have been caught in europe so once again it is very competitive as you and most other people have experianced boring fishing. fishing is quite boring when ur by yourself sitting there staring at your rods so theyll put these bait alarms on and sit in a tent and read a book or something to pass the time
