Strange how aljazeera says UN said hundreds have been killed in this recent luo-nuer attack but I just watched UN daily briefing. Lise Grande said the death count is unknown, only less than 10 tukuls(huts) were burned, 90% of the town was evacuated by the UN before the attack even happened(evacuees were also unmonitored now their in the bush starving because of the UN) and Luo-Nuer youth are actually on their way back to their homeland but of course aljazeera will not report this.

1.Build a physical border with Sudan(Like we have with Mexico,Canada)

2.Build a organized police force

3.Get tribes to make peace with each

4. Build hospitals

5.Use oil funds to build the country up
