And then again... What is with that way of treating a wound? Do you think you´d stop whichever hemorrhage he has with only a handkerchief? At least, try to treat the wound DIRECTLY. You know, Usagi, something like pulling off the jacket, rolling up his sleeve, getting some water for it... But neh, anime guys always solve everything covering people in bandages. No painkillers, no disinfectant...

the reason why rei and minako leave honorifics out when referring to each other is because they're such good close friends. In japan When you're rly close to someone you don't rly have to use honorifics since you're so close to that person. the_more_you_know.jpeg

@thestrawberryfarts Your explanation is true about "-san", but not about "-chan". "-chan" means they are close (like nicknames), while "-san" is honorifics meaning "Mr/Miss/Mrs". The fact that Rei doesn't call Makoto "Mako-chan" like Ami and Usagi means they're not as close.
