1) Doc Ock

2) Electro

3) Mysterio

4) The Vulture

5) Sandman

6) Kraven the Hunter

Kraven was later replaced with the Hobgoblin, (post Kraven's last hunt)

I realize Mysterio in the show is not yet an option, but if I was Ock I would lose the Vulture and go with Mysterio. Sure, Vulture provides air assault, but Shocker is also a pilot, and Mysterio could provide much use in the way of robotics and such...

The comics frequently make a point that Spider-Man's mask muffles his voice and aids in disguising it. He'll always pull it up to talk on the phone if he needs to be "Peter". Not sure if he does that in this series, but in the comics he does.
