I think she is bitter. While all her friends are out having fun, she is home taking care of charlie, I don`t think she has feelings for Jake yet, so she is all alone. It must be sad for her, and she is probably wondering why all of this had to happen to her... :)
I honestly think the realism in Hannah's feelings for JP mirror those of a gay guy who falls for a straight guy. It can never happen, it's just hard to get over.
TBH, I think there's a lot of realism in Hannah's lingering feelings for JP. I bet there's a lot of women out there who wish that one of their crushes, who turned out to be gay, could fancy them in return and I guess it's a seriously dashed hope if you've been through something like that. I look at gay fictional characters I like (although ironically, JP is not included in that list; nice lad, but not my type) and think, "Aaargh, if only they were real and straight so they could woo me!"
I'm starting to really dislike Nancy. She's acting so bitchy, and later on she does it again when she finds out about JP and Craig. She claims she's sticking up for her friends, but she just seems bitter. What is her problem?
