I like his voice, but not what he does with it. That quirky low at the beginning of some words then up to the actual note. There's a couple of other country singers who do it much worse. What I NEVER got about this video is that at about 0:51 or so, they flash to the red Ford truck's license plate. The fact that the truck has a rusted Arizona license plate with the number "LLG 775" is not really relevant to the song...

I like his voice, but not what he does with it. That quirky low at the beginning of some words then up to the actual note. There's a couple of other country singers who do it much worse. Just can't stand that for some reason. He's got some songs where he doesn't do it & I like them. Wish that quirky thing didn't bother me so much!

You may think I'm wrong, but I think "one single gringo" has a lot more things to be proud about his country than 120,000,000 mexicans put together.
