I like the bass guitar in it, and today I was listening to the radio and the DJ happened to mention that it is performed by Gnarls Barkley and Cee Lo Green. Cee lo even stated in an interview that he sat down with one of the other band members and said "if we really want this thing(music) to work we need to get people to think we're crazy. So the two of them sat and talked for 5 hours about that. The song is basically about that conversation. So if your view of the song is about drugs then so be it. That's the beauty of music you don't have to have definitive meanings.
