I sent my Sonim off to the UK depo for Sonim... ironical for a software fault not physical problem, they gave me address and ref number. sent it off on a Tues morning, was returned on the Thursday of that same week..They even replace the outer screen which had some minor tiny scuffs. Not a bad Gtee service...If phone not repairable they Of course send you a brand new phone (as they want yours to send back to US to see where it failed in it's physical strength for future to improve next gen.
