My computer always glitches out and freezes on this level. My CPU and GPU manage to stay cool and the CPU/GPU load is minimal. I checked out my RAM and it it was practically overladed. About 3.7GB out of 4GB. My OS usually takes about 1gig on it's own. Crysis never did that up until this part of this level. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Here are my system specs:

Core 2 Quad (Q9300) @ 2.50 GHz

4GB DDR2

EAH5670 Gfx (1GB; GDDR5)

64x Win7

@veilx More memory brah. That's all I can tell you. Look on Newegg. I got 8gb DDR2 for around 100 bucks on a lucky day.

@bigtymerxg4 Yes more mem. Also if you are using the particles mod I am... that would be your problem. I actually crashed at the end of this video. The mod changes 16 particles per explosion or shot to 480 000 so when everyone shoot.... Its crash time. You can set that value manually.

@bigtymerxg4 if you mean crysis 2. Yea its worth it. But the story is not the same. They have changed it. Its still good though. Ends on a cliffhanger again >_> like we didn't know that would happen again >_>

@youngdones yes you are correct. The 5870 is 2 times faster then 5870m. I was saying that the crossfire 5870m are out for alienware... so that = a 5870 desktop. and the geforce 480m is supposed to be faster then the 5870m :p . There is always something faster around the corner. This performance is amazing for a laptop though.

The HD 5870m is about as fast as laptop graphics get at the moment.

@cbas102 settings on custom means that you have moded the graphics settings... you get a mod such as natural mod or in my case the reallifesis mod. It then puts a file called system or autoexe in your crysis folder that changes the settings to custom (making the graphics look better or worse) you can then edit the graphics yourself :). If you have trouble running crysis you can do the same but for optimize for performance
