playing the piano is not only about hitting the right keys... there is certainly a lot of emotion missing - but that might also be due to the lousy sound quality - lots of unwanted reverb ongoing...

This is wonderful, does justice to the original version. Why is it that whenever you see something good, there always has to appear a bunch of condescending idiots who have to say "good, son, keep practicing, heavy on the left hand but OK" and a lot of other crap? I don´t see their videos where they correct all the bad things they see on this video. So if somebody is right on their comments incorporate them, and the rest can piss off. sounds great man. I think you could of added some jam solo stuff right before the coda (in the original its kinda like that) you couldve done a lot of with that. and you put the camera right on the heavy side which made some of the low notes sound obnoxious. heard some notes you might wana think more about too while you were playing. just some criticism dont take it the wrong way, you play good and you have talent

Very good however I would go a little easier on the right pedal. I am not an expert but I would say a bit much of the over-ride or blending. The last 1/2 was much easier to listen too and slower is better, Thanks a lot I really enjoyed it. Just wish I could play a fraction as well however I could never learn to read those damn notes. @ahhhhhhhh1988 actually i play both and comparitively layla is much easier. im not quite sure whether or not this man has the capabilities to play free bird or not, but if this is the hardest song that he knows, then he will have alot of trouble trying to learn freebird. i also notice that he became less trill on his arpeggio towards the end, therefore he may not have the stamina to do a song like free bird.
