Beatiful. I know there is a God and a Heaven. The stars give me comfort when I miss my Loved Ones. They are up in the Heavens watching us here on earth...
Despite the fact that my three sons (ages-20s) and I watch this, among other inspiring shows on Discovery Channel/Science Channel these short clips never cease to amaze me. I guess this would be considered part of the "Best Life has to Offer."
After some time some of the names and ngc designations have sunk in and with just that snippet of identification, I feel at home in the field of cosmos, solar systems, etc.
Just as we see these wonderful photos and visions Hubble Space Telescope is being upgraded with a better camera and other new components so I think the best is yet to come! Thanks for your comments!
For some time I have bee observing Spitzer and Chandra; different perspectives. I, too am looking forward to new NASA projects such a more gamma ray detectors and larger MBR(?) Microwave Background radiation arrays.
I'll tell you about some thing that bothers me and it has for many years. It is the almost total exclusion (from U.S. TV and major print media) of space exploration in other countries.
zoom out is too fast for such serene pictures, should have a more relaxed tempo

The music is fantastic - you should be so pleased with yourself.
I wrote an Astronomy Rap which can be seen on my channel - it's different sort of music but still astro related!

Thank you. Now that the upgrade of the Hubble Space Telescope is complete I can't wait for the first image!
If you see a "before and after" comparison between other servicing missions the results have been astonishing. I am so excited!

My head is so often buried in history, that I forget to notice the beauty of the cosmos. I enjoyed this so much. Thank you. :)

The colours are unreal.
So much out there. 1.33 wow!
Kruizinby 3 years ago
Yes, sometimes the colours are unreal, the astronomers use false colours to emphasize different elements. Works for me!
Rowdyeh 3 years ago
Beautiful indeed! There sure is a lot going on out there.
