Revealing trailer on Cata looks awesome. OFc the game wasnt as great as promised but that is another issue. MoP revealing trailer, SUX COMPARED TO THE REST!
The expac wasn't bad per say it did bring improvements to the game, but there just isn't that much to do in the game. I know many people who have off time from raiding do alot of pvp but I can't stand it. Aside from leveling and dailies there isn't that much to do in terms of pve in the end. I don't think Mop or any MMO will ever get rid of this problem since most zones and pve content will eventually become irrelevent in any game regardless of how compelling it is.

@pacloro I do :) i rly like Mists of Pandaria and im greatly looking forwerd to it. Cuz its the opposite of Cata, MOP is about finding peace after everything Deathwing has done to the world. I think its a great choice for the next chapter in WoW

I stopped playing for 2 years, now im back, i have to say that the new look Stormwind had the same wow factor as it had the first time i saw it, it really got you emerged into the game's story line.

this is just an idea, but i think on wows last expansion (meaning wows end pretty much) the story should be that every enemy from old expansions come back and fight at the same time (lich king deathwing ect). just an idea
Cataclysm is the worst thing that ever happened to WoW. They ruined the music, they ruined the starting areas, most EVERYWHERE is deserted because everybody is lvl 85 now, PvP is ruined, The dungeons take only 20 minutes to complete now, leveling is waaaay too easy, and being able to fly in Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms is ridiculous, and it's way to easy to make gold. I'm just saying, I miss being a noob and asking level 60's for 30 silver.
I don't think Cata the worst, I just wish they did more than just recycle old content. I already killed Nefarian and Ragnaros, now I gotta do it again. It's alright for the most part, but I quit mostly I had nothing invested in the game anymore. I may come back in the future, but this latest expansion was overall a disappointment.

I think Blizzard should make Deathwing a boss. They should have a quest about defeating him or something. He can be a raid boss. That would be awesome. :)
I like that Cataclysm has new races and new quests but what I don't like is spending money! (Which is something everyone doesn't like) And also don't like the graphics. But aside from that Cataclysm is okay...Not as good as WoTLK though.

@flaverablecarrot Blizz promised new leveling system called "Path of the Titans" which was supposed to give you ability to "skip" leveling. They haven't put it in to the game yet tho.

the only bad thing about Cata is there isnt really anything for casual players to do , you know what i mean ? back in WOTLK you could just log on and play and tank n spank which was fun and not completely easy, and all the elitist players had their Heroic modes, but now Cata raiding is a lot harder compared to WOTLK

@steoleadavid agreed, for me the WOTLK was the worse (only good thing - Northrend) in BC we had a new continent, new raids and dungeons and 2 new races (my 2 favorite races) In Cataclysm you have again 2 new races and new WORLD to explore

Simply because of the new class combos, Paladins should habe stayed at the alliance in first place, same for shamans. Also you can combine most likely any class with any race, it's not about originality anymore, it doesn't madder shit.

@steoleadavid My reason for not liking cata as much as the other 2 is it doesnt feel like there is much to do outside of dungeons and battelgrounds at max level, I beat the quests easily, explored the areas and it really doesn't feel like there is anything left to do and the 40 minute cue times for dungeons don't help.
@steoleadavid Cata is a good expansion. It's the changes in gameplay that people hate. They've lost over a million subscribers within the past 6 months. PvE contents became tougher for the average WoW players so lots of people stop raiding. Also, more bad changes were made to PvP as they tried to "balance" the classes. One of the developers worst mistakes is that they don't really listen to the player. As the result, the game is slowly dying and SWTOR gains gigantic popularity.

WotLK had some issues, but it provided lots of fun
Cata was utter disappointment. It only gives 5 lvls, gives some 2 extra skills, makes lvl 80 pvp "unavailable" and few raids.
Also, the WoW has been progressing backwards lately. It shows middle finger to new players via BTA gear, and shows middle finger to older (classic/tbc) players by practically holding the players hand all the time. Just to name few issues.

Too bad Cataclysm ruined the game. This was great back in Wrath of the Lich King. I'm quitting the game so I'm letting people use the site I set up to get free wow time codes due to a thing in the Blizzard system for replacing defective codes for stores. Just go to freewowcodes . 0009 . ws and follow the direction. Takes like 2 minutes. If you think it's a scam don't whine about it, just don't use it.

wotlk & further is nowhere near as awesome as original and TBC... I quit retail ages ago, but I continue on 1.12.1 servers. Project Westfall wants to be the best experience!

Why do you think that Cataclysm is the worst expansion? I think its very cool.
It have a lot of features, so why do you think that is the worst addon? because they add new features, new class combos, new races?

@steoleadavid Agree completely! Cataclysm has added more world features then any other expansion, A LOT OF MORE CUTSCENES. :) More ..reactions(a chain reaction.),lots of more bosses that also have cutscenes, and even more, more! :D (Stuff I don't feel like typing about. Lol. :P )

@steoleadavid agreed, for me the WOTLK was the worse (only good thing - Northrend) in BC we had a new continent, new raids and dungeons and 2 new races (my 2 favorite races) In Cataclysm you have again 2 new races and new WORLD to explore

Simply because of the new class combos, Paladins should habe stayed at the alliance in first place, same for shamans. Also you can combine most likely any class with any race, it's not about originality anymore, it doesn't madder shit.
Simply because of unbalanced shit like the deathknight (yeah it's from WotLK, but when are they gonna fix him?)

@steoleadavid My reason for not liking cata as much as the other 2 is it doesnt feel like there is much to do outside of dungeons and battelgrounds at max level, I beat the quests easily, explored the areas and it really doesn't feel like there is anything left to do and the 40 minute cue times for dungeons don't help.

@steoleadavid Cata is a good expansion. It's the changes in gameplay that people hate. They've lost over a million subscribers within the past 6 months. PvE contents became tougher for the average WoW players so lots of people stop raiding. Also, more bad changes were made to PvP as they tried to "balance" the classes. One of the developers worst mistakes is that they don't really listen to the player. As the result, the game is slowly dying and SWTOR gains gigantic popularity.

@priceboy3: Troll druids where a practical idea, same as worgen, tauren and night elves. If Alliance got another druid race and Horde did not Blizzard would have shown favoritism. When the classic came out, it was good.
TBC was better.
WotLK had some issues, but it provided lots of fun
Cata was utter disappointment. It only gives 5 lvls, gives some 2 extra skills, makes lvl 80 pvp "unavailable" and few raids.
Also, the WoW has been progressing backwards lately. It shows middle finger to new players via BTA gear, and shows middle finger to older (classic/tbc) players by practically holding the players hand all the time. Just to name few issues.

They only made Trolls druids because there was an uneven number of races that can be druids, 2 Alliance (due to Worgen), but only 1 Horde.
What they should have done is introduce Naga into the Horde, with the option of being druids...
Man, I wish I could play as Naga!!

Too bad Cataclysm ruined the game. This was great back in Wrath of the Lich King. I'm quitting the game so I'm letting people use the site I set up to get free wow time codes due to a thing in the Blizzard system for replacing defective codes for stores. Just go to freewowcodes . 0009 . ws and follow the direction. Takes like 2 minutes. If you think it's a scam don't whine about it, just don't use it.
