I felt like Dolly was holding back though, I've heard her out sing singer with more power than Jessica, it's a part of what makes her awesome she's a team player and never tries to outshine her partners in her duets it just happens to go that way some times...its kind of like Reba's duet with Kelly Clarkson "Because of You" you would have sworn the song's was Reba's and Kelly was just an addition given the power in Reba's voice....Again, Beautiful rendition of a DP original

I love Dolly Parton and Jessica Simpson as artists. I don't think Jessica gets the credit she deserves because the media is so focused on her weight, her love life. This song is great and was one of our wedding songs. It's the first duet I've ever heard Dolly Parton sing in where she didn't overpower her partner.

First of all I wouldn't consider what I wrote "hate mail", I was just stating my opinion. I just said that I preferred Dolly over Jessica. I used to listen to Jessica when I was a teenager when she first came out and I thought she was great. But I think that she isn't as good as she used to be. I didn't seek out this page, I was browsing and this popped up. I wanted to see how the two women sang together. Maybe I am a little jealous of her looks but I am not jealous of her "talent".

Yes dolly wrote it, but Jessica wrote all but 2 songs on her album that are amazing. You'd be suprised at what a talented songwriter Jessica is.
