My opinion is yes..but it's all in how you do it as opposed to every different person, i'm a bass player and i can play the same tabs on bass as a guitar..i have to trascribe them ofcourse to get them to adjust to 4 strings but yes that riff is easy, even on guitar..i play some guitar too.

second of all...Almost easy is tuned down to C and so is a song on STST and WTF! so they have like 3 or 4 songs tuned down to C!

And I do agree with you just because a song is tuned down to D doesnt necessarily mean its in D-Minor.
