Cut offs are WONDERFUL!!!!! I remember the house I grew up in didn't have any either and every time something had to be replaced....the entire house was without water.

In Canada do they require shutoff valves under the sink? In America they have shutoffs which you just unscrew them from the valve easier to get to then having to unscrew them from up under the sink faucet.

@NancyToday Thats a good thing that your adding some so you will not have to worry about any leaks if you need to shut it off quick.
