Yes it is the same way. You can have a flat end or a rounded end like as in the toque. I use the round end when knitting shorter scarves and it wears like a necktie. A brooch would be a nice finishing touch.

thank you for your video ,,,i bought same machines but i want to make pillow or blanket for my baby...can you show me how circel yarn in machine becouse when i put the yearn opened ...help me plz,,,thanks

To make a pillow, cast off like as shown on the video and leave both ends open. This will make a small pillow case. For a blanket, you will need to make flat panels and stitch these panels together.
