I thought the video was a great representation of what you are trying to accomplish with the school and your students, and the cooperative rather than competitive environment. It was also fun hearing Shelly laugh again - I forget how much I miss that! Keep up the great work !

This video did a great job explaining the dynamics and foundation of good martial arts. Its so cool to see how effective techniques can be (coughing/choking 6 minutes in was hilarious) even when you don't have a size advantage.

I loved his explanation of mind/spirit and how its just not someone's brawn that is required to defend oneself. I am not a member of this school. But in checking local dojo's this one IS the place to go based upon what I'm seeing here! Great stuff!
