Well, you write it yourself. Maybe use a piano or a guitar. If you don't play an instrument, you can try to find a buddy who can. Just play around on an instrument for a while. It'll come to you.

Oh, it's easy. Just watch the Rider in the show, get a feel for the character and his/her desires, write some lyrics about it and put it to music. Then just videotape yourself playing it. Simple!
