he either made the tiles or got them from someone u no how grass dies in city folk? thats what it was made for-for making trails and paths

he got the the fountain by donating 600,000 bells to the town fund and the windmill for 1,000,000 bells the "castle" is just a random gate style u get when you make ur town :P

what i love about this town compared to all the others is that he ddnt put flowers and trees and designs everywhere like a lot of the other youtubers so its pretty much a basic town and that is what makes good :)
