Ringo is chameleon of drums. I mean , it's not easy to follow succesfully all the time, the wishes and demands of Lennon- Maccartney-Harisson-Martin. The music of Beatles is so various, and Ringo managed everytime to get the proper beat. No many drummers in the world could (or can) do this thing.....
This is the best beatles album ever! They were doing music for teenegers girls, just comercial songs, before! But they were bettter than that..... and they got matured! You Know? This is music!!!!!
(i cant be very objetive about eleanor rigby cause i listend it too much on radio stations)..but "for no one" is super good and never heard it on the radio!
thank you paul, georg, john and ringo, because of you I decided to learn your language, exactly after "and I love her." was an 11yr old lad than. thank you.
jlmarc01 its all about the music they were before they,re time and the music still sounds as fresh today as it did in the 60,s they were pioneers who revolutionised music and opened doors for other artists even right up to today they even changed they way music was recorded in abbey rd studios itself John Lennon even commented himself that rain was the first recording with reverse music thats why 45 years on people are still talking about the Beatles today they are a legend

I am sorry I just dont get this band, so does my generation, This is plain boring Love the 80s, this has nothing to enjoy. Please dont hate, I am trying. Cant sing, not great musicians, maybe good song writers, but beyond this not thanks. If anyone born in the mid 60s and dont like this boring crap respond.
Let's see you play better. Post a video, 'cause talk is cheap. I'm not that great myself, but I'm not the one talking shit about one of the greatest bands of all time.
No need to hate, I am trying to understand why so much fixation. I keep asking for other peoples opinion and seem to find more and more people that really dont like the Beatles. Tell you what let me keep on hearing them and I will get back
you are truly an idiot, everything you said there is flat out wrong. Cant sing? They revolutionized singing, and music all together, if you can't see that, you're a fool.
look kid, I am still researching more Beatle music, maybe I missed something. Keep you posted and get back to you. Fool am I, hardly, Idiot very unlikely with my IQ of 151
only an asshole would brag of his IQ, i dont care what beatles music you've heard of haven't heard. You said they "can't sing", you are a moron. No doubt. Your IQ can suck my dick and so can your pretentious manner.
there's that IQ coming out! that didnt even make sense! And lets go back to the real topic, you like the 80's?! if you are a fan of the 80's and not the beatles, you have serious, serious problems. the 1980's is full of probably the shittiest music ever made. You are a fucking fool.
Tell you what, I wont cuss or call you names, but if you want to have a discussion about music so be it. I am trying to find out what is so special about them, and I am finding out that people that like the Beatles give big props as a group that brought in a new generation, but when I ask them if they were a great talented band, half kind of disagree.
well the people you are asking don't know much about talent then. Firstly their singing is first class. And they have probably one of the most talented musicians ever, paul mcCartney. George Harrison is a beautiful guitar player, and although a lot of people hate on Ringo, i happen to think he is a great rock drummer. I think the beatles popularity is so large that it stretches out to people who don't really know what they are talking about. If a band isnt talented, they wont make good music.
@milnerla what planet are you living on man ,.. even in today's society , even the kids that were not even yet concieved are listening to the 80's music .....
I still think the same..........Top all time. 1. Beatles "Revolver" 2. Queen "Night at the opera" close to a tie for 3rd 3. U2 "Joshua Tree" hard not to put 2nd. 4. The Who. "Who's next" 5. Zepplin. "ZOSO" or 4 6. U2 "Actung Baby" 7. Beatles. "Abbey Road" 8. U2 "All that you can't leave behind" 9. Beatles. "White" 10. Beatles. "Sgt. Peppers" As you can see I put 4 Beatles albums in my top 10 all time ever!!!. So screw you if you think I don't know how important they are. Ok !
No offense intended but you deem the beatles to be the greatest, right? So you have four of there albums in your top ten and yet they were all about experimenting. Your top ten invovles just five bands, come on, get out there and listen to everything, there are so many great bands. I suppose it comes down to taste though, and in your list there are some great bands and some brilliant albums, so keep listening but most of all keep searching.
It's just based on my fav albums. Not bands or music groups. That's way to hard to list I've got to many favorite's. I just tried to list "Rock" albums only. For instance my 11th would be a 3 way tie... Nevermind, Dark side, Born to Run. Making list's is fun.....but your bound to have some comments that expand on your fav's...Peaceout.
Though my favorite album is Rubber Soul, I can't deny that Revolver is the Beatles' Best album of all time. It's also on this album that we get Ringo's best contribute. I mean, listen to his drum playing through out the entire album. It's more than average. It's proves that Ringo is much more than an average drummer. It proves the Ringo can rock your sock as well.
I agree 100%! And his extremely creative drumming on the "single" Paperback Writer/Rain, IMO, was his most creative "funny little fills" drumming in '66! Paperback Writer had the best beat, Rain had the most creative drumming. Who in the 60's DIDN'T try to copy Ringo?
Why the fuck is your favorite album Rubber Soul, even tho you acknowledge Revolver is better? Lol! I admire your honest greatly, btw! btw, don't aren't you amazed by those pitiable fools who think that Sgt. Pepper is their best?
Mmmmmm....Pick ANY album. I was always partial to Abbey Road, but Revolver, Sgt. Pepper, the White Album, Rubber Soul...unbelievable! What a difficult (if not impossible) choice. CRIKEY!!!! Their early "bubble-gum" cuts have their own unique charm as well. I guess the Beatles JUST RULE!!!!
The best Album all time. This is I think is there most critical work. All the songs were crafted so beautifully. So many hits in one album. Love it Love it Love it.
thanx for commenting REVOLVER is amazing. i dont have a favorite beatles album. i like em all. but i guess i reelee like late 1966- early 1968 w/e ahha

Big fan of Revolver. Though I prefer Sgt Pepper. It is more psychedelic than Revolver imo and colorful. For me it is
1. Sgt Pepper
2. Revolver
3. Magical Mystery Tour (a collection of great songs despite the movie being a flop)
4. White Album
5. Abbey Road
