  • How does she poop or pee? Just wondering..

  • @iLoveLen1 i know how she gets rid of her waste...its hard to explain though.

  • negligent parents :( don't they see that their daughter is dying ?

  • @baptistedeschrevel It's hard to understand a parent's intention in a country like India until you have experienced the culture yourself. I am an american born Indian. And I understand that in rural communities, there is less awareness of disease and more spirituality. These are highly religious people. It's how they grew up, it's how their ancestors taught them. It's their foundation. And for them, the girl is a blessing. It's not negligence. Rather ignorance.

  • GORO WINS

  • how does this girl pee lol

  • lol worshiping a birth defect, some pple need higher education, maybe biology or genetics

  • @delam416 If i lived in a place were an operation was impossible to acquire, i would rather be worshiped for my defect than hated and viewed as a freak.

  • IODINE.....is not put into milk/bread in india. We would have many more defects in western country's if iodine was not introduced into the diet.

  • I hate how religion gets so caught up in stuff like this. Can't you people see she's hurting? She's not some "goddess" who is make believe and has no mass and volume. She actually needs medical treatment. She's not some god, this twin could eventually kill her and these people are so blinded by religion, and feel the need to worship the impaired.

  • Fuck that shit! I'm gonna puke!

  • This is really sad and she is very cute. This is a blessing for us that we are lucky

  • this is actually convincing me to convert to hinduism :P.

  • Even though i feel sorry for her and hope shes ok, i just wanted to ask why all of these kinda things happen in india

  • @TemporaryAccount1993 thank you for saying it! she's only "special" cause her deformity looks like one of their gods. LOOKS LIKE, not IS, or MAKES HER... just LOOKS LIKE. people are so primitive it really drives me crazy... It also proves evolution in a small way though, as well as opens up a new field of evolution. Evolution of human maturity as a species. Some will be left behind in achaic ways to dwindle out and die, and some will advance will the rest of the universe and be prosperous.

  • She is sooo cute <3 lol. Now that she's had her extra limbs removed and she's living perfectly healthy, I wonder what the people who took her to be the Reincarnation of Lakshmi will think? I certainly hope it brings good fortune instead of bad to them if they believe it will. And Imagine when she's a teen and she's trying to pick up guys. "I once had 8 limbs, like Lakshmi...." XD

  • Can doctors get rid of my parasitic congressman?

  • she is so beautiful :(

  • a godess??

what the fuck is the matter with these people. Its a parasitic twin, not a godess.

  • @BBers777 power of religion!

  • @xodn3300

    im sorry?

  • STOP THE ADDS ON YOU TUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's really just killing a baby, Its living

  • dude how does she go to the toilet?

  • stupid foreigners dont know shit.

  • hinduism makes so much sense if you understand it right rid of all the glitz.

  • sooo... 3 pussys?!

  • I'd liked to point out something ironic. This is from a neutral standpoint: Luksmi, the goddess of wealth and fortune in India has eight limbs. A girl, born in India, has eight limbs, so she's called Luksmi (yeah fair enough, that makes sense). What's really interesting here is that India will be a superpower (wealth and prosperity) in the future (around 2050) along with China. Very interesting.

  • Well at least they see her as a god and not a freak...she might actually have a decent life if the twin is not removed.

  • @Morethanenough1 Doctors in India have successfully operated on a 2-year-old girl born with four arms, four legs and extra internal organs, doctors said today.

A team of around 30 medics removed what amounted to Lakshmi Tatma's headless identical twin sister who was joined at the pelvis and who did not develop and separate properly in the womb - an extremely rare case.

  • i laugh at their beliefs haha :P

  • @rsftwhehe They laugh at your beliefs.

  • she is a godess 'cause they're ignorant people who belive in magical stuff........ she wont have a normal life, she wont walk, for example......... of course they need to remove the parasitic twin!!

  • birth must have hurt for the mother

  • I saw a video previously that said she had had the operation to remove the parasitic limbs. Was it successful?

  • @natural952 Yep ! it went Verry well , she has the limbs that she needs and shes now walking with special walking equpitment untill she gets used to her legs :)

  • @MillymollysX Thanks for the info! It shows how people (previous responses) can go off on a "blame game" rant without knowing all the information. No, it wasn't GWB's fault! It must be Obama's (LOL) !!! I'm glad her story had a happy ending! Again, thanks.

  • @natural952 No problemo lol

  • @natural952 don't know why but this documentary stops right here and no other info about Lakshmi........ too bad..

  • Indian people are very intelligent i know because i have got many friends but the problem is their religion. they dont want to think about their religion too much. when i ask to them they say just i dont know.

What the hell man! this girl cannot save your spirit when you die.

  • she is a blessing

  • LOL!!!

  • How does she go to the bathroom?

  • @LuciBieber shes lucky she doesnt need too..

  • @LuciBieber ive been wondering the same thing hahaha

  • This is another example of human stupidity, how can people put their 'religious' beliefs in front of that poor girls future?

    Backwards culture.....

  • YEP!!

  • trouble is your 3 cocks added together dosent make an inch

  • lawl

  • Those uneducated people are really just annoying.

  • who died and made you lord high almighty

  • bigot

  • @Trinitysx I'm Indian. We don't partake in incest. That has never been part of our culture and if it is, as minimal as you whites. Thank you very much.

  • i think this is a classic case of when religion goes abit to far.

  • aww poor lil girl

  • 2:07 She gives a look that says leave me alone I just want to be normal so fu bitches. Or is it just me?

  • ahahah mariotazLOL

  • I don't mean to sound harsh and I'm glad she got it sorted now...

    ...But she'd be like

Good at drums like that ey....*runs*

  • i know about this god and goddesses, but i don't think it's good luck for her. most parasites are bad and don't they mostly harm the host? i was watching this video in science of how ants go crazy when they have a parasite in them, and that got me so upset. what it the parasite harms that little girl?

  • Comment removed

  • Actually, it is classed as parasitic as it has the same traits like other parasites. Parasites attaches to the host and lives off them whilst harming and inhibiting normal bodily functions at the same time. In this case, lakshmi is unable to function properly because of her extra limbs. These limbs are sharing the blood supply and nutrients.

  • ahh. i seee..

    thanks for the info.

  • It IS a parasite. There is only one person there. The rest is uncompleteley formed tissues, only ONE baby came from that birth. It'd be different if there were two heads(which would mean two brains=two people). But there's only one, so it's not. That is a parasite on a beautiful, could have been very healthy, baby girl.

  • ah OKAY SHIT i have already been told..

  • I suppose this was George Bush's fault too.

  • hmm.. looks like a bright future awaits her.. i wander how her parents going to cope with the medical cost?..

  • She has already gone through successful surgery a while ago and is now even able to walk.

  • such a beautiful girl.... i could never imagine how hard this would be for her, and for those around her.

i hope it went well for her!

  • If that girl was born in America, she'd be regarded as a freak and anomaly who would need immediate medical intervention. But in India, she's worshipped and likened to a goddess, just for being different. Kind of makes you think.

  • It makes me think that people in both nations are under the guise of religious manipulation. Just depends on what the individual believes in. Indians believe in a deity with multiple limbs, Christians believe in a zombie.

  • That offends me.

  • @milytheturtle you kinda sucks. they think she is a goddess because she has 4 arms and legs. if like her face was something wrong she wouldnt be worshipped as a goddes. its their religion.

  • @milytheturtle shes not being worshiped for being diffrent its that she relates almot exacly to a goddess, lakishme...thats y they worship her, not for being diffrent.

  • @milytheturtle You see the same reaction when someone in the West sees the Virgin Mary on a piece of toast.

  • @mokkshaa bwahahaha. touché.

  • @milytheturtle Yeah but if you had watched the first part you would hear that most children born with disabilities are left in the fields to die.

  • @milytheturtle Yeah but if you had watched the first part you would hear that most children born with disabilities are left in the fields to die.

  • @milytheturtle Would you want to live that way? At least for as long as she lives?

  • @milytheturtle if you saw in the video "the girl with eight limbs," most babies in the part of india where she was from were abandoned if they were deformed. obviously they only worshipped her because she resembled the hindu goddess, not because they worship all babies who are different.

  • @milytheturtle Primitive thinking, aka religion.

  • @milytheturtle kind of makes me thing religious would rather condemn a little girl to being immobile, incapable, and disadvantaged due to their archaic and primitive beliefs. Hooray the girls gets raised being prayed to and given shit because she's deformed... how glorious... OR... surgery, normality, productive life. which do you think is really better? Ancient mysticism, or modern REALITY? the simple fact is, she's not a damn god. she's a little girl with a twin partially growing out of her.

  • @milytheturtle VERY good point. Americans are cruel monsters.

  • @krystalthompson13 where do you live that you think all Americans are monsters?

  • @madmike12121 In Florida, USA

  • @krystalthompson13 your fucking retarded also.........apparently being a cruel monster is helping someone

  • @milytheturtle thats a damn village, you see how the doctor reacts - science is science.

  • @milytheturtle ...........that is the most retarded comment ever....no shit she'd be given immediate medical intervention....its a PARASITIC TWIN its not a good thing

  • What a beautiful child!

  • thats cool that she is seen as a goddess. I think that if its hurting her they should remove it but if it isn't then leave it and let her make the choice when she is older who knows she might like being a goddess

  • yeah. but i dont think they bend, she cant walk by the looks of how its all layed out. how can she use the bathroom propperly?

nothing like tryin to walk through a door and have to walk in sideways, if you can walk.

  • shes so beautiful...I hope they dont keep hr this way though because she will obviously have life-long problems

  • Your age would explain your demeanor to some extent, but for all you know I could have eaten 17 big macs for lunch today, or even five hundred. You have no way of knowing for sure.

  • For one thing there are no planets in our solar system that are smaller than me, and if a planet exists anywhere in the universe that were smaller than me, it would be impossible for you to see it with even the most powerful telescope, so that statement in and of itself is completely contradictory and makes no sense. I conclude that you are lacking in cognative capacities and probably a drug addict and an alcoholic who is older than thirty and lives with his mom.

  • she has beautiful eyes

  • shes so cute... id do anything to help her. cries..

  • Thi girL are soo cute!!

  • UR A JACK ASS ITS NOT FUNNY

  • She's just beautiful! Lovely child, i wish to her all the happiness and health the world can give to her!

    Go Lakshmi! YOU ROCK!

  • Me too.

Thats terrible she was born that way.

  • it would really suck to have 2 dead arms and legs stuck in you that belonged to your dead twin.

  • i'm wondering if anyone thought about the baby's feeling when it has grown up. This is not funny. People around her only cares how she makes them lucky, happy, etc.

  • i agree, but atleast she was born somewhere where she wasn't thrown away cause she was deformed. at least they thought she was a blessing.

  • I agree with you... thanks... i never thought of it that way... :-)

  • That's a wonderful way of looking at things!

  • That's what I was thinking - I just hope the fervent worshippers or her parents don't try to prevent her treatment because they think the medics are mutilating a goddess...

  • Lakshmi is the Hindu Goddess of Love, Beauty, Fortune and Wealth. Her eight arms represent the eight sources of wealth.

  • It's not a blessing, it's a disgusting illness due to a mistake during conception.

  • shes truly a blessing to those people in two reasons:

    1) She obviously brung her family closer together

    2) If she really is the goddess, shes more beautiful than i ever expected.

  • rofl get a life retard.. she is a blessing if you calculate that through their religion, asshole.

  • YEAH........

  • why dont u put up the entire doc?

  • um, what?

  • Oh..I've seen this on T.V!

But if I ever get pregenet, I hope my baby is healthy and doesn't have a Parasetic twin or something terrible like that. I would cry, But still love him/her

  • They already removed the limbs because the headless twin was destroying her organs. These vids suck because they are inconclusive

  • People are born with birth defects all the time; it's not cool to call a little baby a "monster" because she has an anomaly.

  • wow awesome but kinda sick

  • coool

  • holy crap

  • thats too xmen for me

  • she could be like half octapus

  • Religious ignorance is a shame...thank goodness her parents are being rational and getting a doc to amputate

  • Her parents never said they was ... doctor is in the process of convincing them.. but none the less religious ignorance !

  • what a beautiful child she will succeed in the world one day, btw im hindu

  • aaaa wow

  • i think she really is a blessing to that community... cuz just look at it this way... somehow, she's able to gather the community together and make them all be friends than enemies trying to rob other's things or cause trouble. she is a blessing

  • Weird... but fascinating!

  • Scary.

  • uhhhh chadstaxxx I think XHitThePanicButtonX means: how does she pee... and idk either...

  • That is a good question

  • Please no one thumbs down me for this, its a serious question

but how does she go to the bathroom?

If you look at a diagram or her bones, her hip bones are the part thats conjoined. and what do her internal organs look like, how many intestines and hearts are there?

  • someone carries her to the bathroom

  • spider women anyone?

  • shut up

  • 4 arms 4 legs... that's so cool. Maybe she is an incarnate of the god.

  • incarnate of spiderman

  • I wonder if it hurts.

  • I bet you this is how Christianity got started, too. A bunch of uneducated people thinking miracles happened.

  • What?

  • I Completely Agree. I Believe Religions Are Stupid Although I Would Never Tell Or Foce Anyone Not To Believe What They Want. I Feel Bad For This Girl. No Matter What They Do, Remover The Twin Or Leave Her As She Was Born, She Will Never Lead A "Normal" Life. She Is Indeed Very Beautiful Though.

  • she is seperated from her twin now. she is so pretty!

  • those stupid people she is just deformed becouse the other baby didnt seperate correctly! Idoits

  • Well, you have understand that they worship gods with multiple limbs.

  • you will so selfish if you will let the kid be in that situation forever.

she cannot have a bright future in that situation so she needs to be operated. if she the reincarnation of your god, then shy does she have to make the little girl suffer from disabilities

  • A real god, wow.

  • she is beautful

  • I want to see it but I don't have that channal.:( Well can you be able to show it to us tomorrow?

  • way to love your children lolz

  • looking like that would suck, I wouldn't care if I were a goddess, it would suck

  • lmao

  • yeah i could see that

  • Is this in India where all the hindus live?.

  • No. The video description says, "in India" because the people at National Geographic somehow knew you would watch this video and they decided to trick you.

  • what channel will this be on?
