Well, this is one of the worst Dragons in all of sl. So many invisible prims make it useless in close quarters. The sounds were all stolen, as were the textures. The Sculpts (Pieces) Were reused from an older avatar this guy bought from someone who didnt know they would rip them off. The talking scripts, also, malfuntion with many other scripts THAT ARENT EVEN OWNED by the user of the Dragon, which is pathetic. It only looks good until you see the 3k price on it then go to Grendels Children.
I didn't make it, I am just reviewing it. Though this IS one of the thoughts I first had when I saw this avatar! I am glad I am not the only one with that thought.
Its a special AO that causes the body to walk 'bent over' like a four legged animal. The normal avatar is hidden inside of the dragon body, and the movement of the limbs is through the normal AO movements.
An adult dragon at the Isle of Wyrms, which does not compete in quality with the Avalon Dragon goes for L$ 3,500. The adolescent Isle of Wyrms dragons, called Wyrmlings, which again do not compete in quality with the Avalon Dragon goes for L$ 2,500. For a grand total of L$ 6,000 for both. You get BOTH sizes in the Avalon Dragon for L$ 4,500. Nuff said.

Third off, to this day if I wear it the lag is terrible to people around me, no matter the area, moving is hard, the saddle sucks and is unridable for the most part unless you like sitting on your side after a few moments. I invite anyone to consult with me on the credibility of my own comments. Collecting avatars does not give you credentials for evaluating them. Clearly you are not an experienced builder, because if you were, you would notice a 100 details of the Avalon Dragon Av that are absolutely supurb in their execution. As to price, is most competitive.
I am sorry what? You being an experienced bulder therefore insinuates that you are more credible in critiquing the piece.A person who builds things is just that, they build. And sure one can say, womg its pretty. Fact of the matter is, that if there is something better out there for a much lesser price. Then the avalon dragon is not worth it. Especially when you compare them to the other dragons like those of gretchen which, may not be as pretty, but offer more features and better quality
Sure will be more hten happy to, just going to have to give me a bit, you know how bad SL has been these last few days, lag problems mean I am not wearing any of the larger render cost avatars right now :P as soon as it gets straightened out I shall make a video of more movement and getting around places.
Alright, I adquired it with the armor as well. I love it, it is unique, looks great while sitting, the armor is perfect!
The only things I wish it would be better is: Having a better running animation, be capable to talk normaly (without using the talking system it comes with) and that is basically it.
In my opinion, the best purchase I ever did in SL; people just love my armor x3
