Yes the water will turn red to brown fairly quickly that is what is called Iron blomb it is soluble iron that is in the water ALL water has iron in it Steam distilled has the least amount in it. if you have a crack in any part just sent that part back for a replacement part yes we have 100s that are run 10 + hrs a day on over the road trucks. and down in south america we have units on generators that run 24/7 and they reduse fuel used by 1/2 and none of them have any problems.

The top of the generater needs to be at least below the fitting where the gas is going into the mix tank. The unit connects to the air tube or air filter box as close to the throttle body as possible On a carb it will mount in tube on top of carb or in to the air cleaner. Putting the outlet tube in to the vacume of the intake only draws a vacume in the mix tank and does NOT help gas production at all.that is why we FREE FLOW the gas.
Like I said, I am not doubting your word but I have invested in other H2 generators and they have hardly lived up to their claims. 2 liters/minute for the size of your unit with only a 95* F temperature is incredible. Can you run it in a video measuring output and showing voltage/amperage?
The reason we are getting a lot more HHO output is that the circulation of the mix between the units dislodges the Hydrogen and oxygen bubbles off of the plates and makes room for more surface area on the plates to produse more gas.
A few questions... when you say it only jumps up approx 20 degrees, what is the temp climb over ambient? Output in liters/min cold? Output in Liters/min at max temp? Electrolyte? What controls max current? thx HHO95667
The ambient temp was 54.8 deg F. After 10 hrs of running the unit was running at 75 deg F
output was 1.2 ltr per min cold and 1.9 ltr per min at max temp. electrolyte was 50/50 mix distilled white vinegar distilled water. Max current it controlled by strength of electrolyte

Just a note you can lay this main unit down on the side but you do have to elevate the gas out end up app 3 inches so the Mix will flow

Booster only it is not a conversion the temp rise in 10 hrs of use is 20 to 30 deg F from ambient temp

This is only a booster. It will make you do 30 to 40 % better fuel mileage only it is not a full hydrogen conversion.

Will the gas travel up the tube if the tank is level with the generator?. Does your unit connect to the intake manifold or the air filter unit?.
