If you studied kufic and early syriac script you would know that in the modern quran they're are nearly ten different meanings per page because the old kufic did not distinguish vowel dots, it was not until the later introduction of the syriac alphabet that the quran was formulated. Whether or not something is original also doesn't mean anything.

Well, I cannot say that for certain if the world will ultimately be ruled under one law, but the only one that I will submit to allows me the freedoms of my own humanity based on a rational understanding of the world around us, not dogma.

Coincidences are defined by human beings, but the purpose or the consciousness of some creator cannot simply be implied as proof, it has to be demonstrated. The universe is actually for the most part very hostile to life, but life itself simply needs certain reactions and interactions to form.

I think that what has been done in many of the instances is the Quranic scholars have found out about scientific discoveries, then went back into the Qur'an, and re-interpreted them in such a way that they fit the scientific finding. What they should do if they want to demonstrate the truth of Quranic quotes is demonstrate a clear statement from the book that makes a defined hypothesis, then do a scientific test on it.

Even if it could be verified, all it means is that they had access to information that other people at that time didn't. The Quran says untill the day of judgement there will still be things God created that we would not have discovered( for example certain types of bacteria). It is a book, written by men who claimed to contact a creator god, that is not a miracle, I could also write a book about chillin' with god, until one can prove it, it is nothing more than a work of fiction or exaggerated truth.

He did not used the Khalifa theocracy as you said and, in practice, his Jamahariya philosophy was authoritarian. The type of government the Libyans want is totally up to them.
