They upped the tempo for this performance and as good as it is, I prefer a couple ticks slower. It's still a long blow for the horns at any speed. It was nice of Larry to put shades of Lenny in it...and so well, too. Brings back a lot of memories. I don't even want to think of the day when any of the core 4 ever decide to call it quits. It will be a sad, sad day on this planet. Many lives will change. I was vaccinated '76 and have been honkypox free ever since! This song fixes me.

Robbie Rythum here. This man can sing it. Ain't braggin but I' ve been checkin these guys out before by bud Kim Smock hung with David at Kim's pad (1970) keepin his chops up wilst parridideling his drum pad. This singer can sing it and the funk is never better than TOP. Damn! close your eyes sit back and feel this. If you like blues check out Joe Banks and friends in the Los Angeles area.
