The Music was much more tense that the last...Sonic's running may be fun at times but this is were speed and plaforming were really put to the limit avoid Dark Gaia's parts But the last one is where you have to be steady and on the game avoid everything that gets in your way I always got scared at the last part

You shouldn't complain about this. They made a full length music track for the Death Egg Zone in Sonic 2 even though it only plays for 5 seconds in the hallway at the very begining. You wouldn't hear the full song unless you stood still in the hallways to listen to it.

@liberator0067 I think the reason is that they find much of the gameplay tedius. In my opinion, day stages were the best thing in that game. But there weren't enough, and lots of people just didn't like the night stages. I would probably like the game a lot more if it weren't so imbalanced. It's as if they tried to center the game around the were-hog, even though most people would prefer otherwise. The night stage gameplay would probably be much better if it weren't Sonic.
