In Montreal, there are couple of restaurants that would deserve a Michelin star : XO Le Restaurant (easily a 2*), Toque (a light 2*, strong 1* but I I know a good dozen of 2* that are weeker than Toque!), La Porte (1* easily), Nuances (1* easily), Raza ((1* easily), Club Chasse et Peche (1* easily), L'européa (1* easily)
