  • I have a feeling hippies just want to get rich from this "green" stuff...

  • and this is the most importand... ``

Creator of "Zeitgeist" Peter Joseph - New Interview - 2 of 6 `` this video has 6 parts you should see all parts...if you search this video by the name and watchit then right are the other parts...THIS IS FOR listen and to think

  • `` Work Sucks! `` ( this video sould bring you think what we realy everyday do ) ...then the next videos has this title ``

The Love Police [MUST SEE] Promote Love - Stand Up For Your Rights - NWO New World Order Illuminati ``....then the next video `` A Society That Works - Zday2010 Promo ``

  • @ Inmate527....you stupid uneducated idiot...you better start search What's Going On...you think that this people just come and say this things to you merely??? here are some videos that you should see on youtube...and then think about What's Going On in the world... most people have no idea..in my next comment i give the titles of the videos ...you then look this videos on youtube and think about...

  • I cant believe this woman is trying to encourage me to buy a prius. Shes acting as if I have to move out into the boonies and never buy anything again. We all have our own methods of going green, just dont tell me your way is the only way.

  • Whose science, whose knowledge? 5 planets?! This video is full of misinformation and propaganda. As Christopher Monckton, a Nobel prize winner, says, it's the traffic light technique of claiming Green because you're too Yellow to admit you're Red.

  • HAHAHA the only way that this will ever happen is if All the governments limit what their people can do or say or buy. and from what ive read in history people tend to be a little more concerned with doing whatever the hell they want and living comfortobly than in the continuity of the species/planet

  • @truthbringer55 : unfortunately that is usually true... *sigh*

But we can still try! (besides, there a few methods that worked in other countries, like Denmark,Germany)

  • this is a perfect example of Marxism, enjoy!

  • Theirs nothing wrong with using less and preserving our environment, but indoctrination is never the answer.

  • that's so cool it reminds me of walle

  • The moon is looking mighty good for a nuclear dump site. LOL!

  • good god man, you really need to learn about sarcasm, its something they invented a while ago, hurry and read up about it

  • niz job bro.

  • nice vid!

  • hobo4president

No, there wouldn't be enough resources for ANYONE. We'd be extinct dumbass

  • @goingemoguy over time, yes.

  • @hobo4president Sorry, but your country is like the worst at handling it.

  • lol, nice, Garageband.

I already live a green life.

If I lived any greener, I'd be living in the forest (shush about the computer. We've had it for a while now. We don't buy a new one every six months like some people I know.)

  • You can live your way if you want just take one extra step to make it better for everyone. Not just yourself.

  • Those Hummers look like they're from San Andreas :)

  • this is why i hate america

  • this is my least favorite one but it has my favorite message

  • the kinda funny thing is that the people who see these videos, are the last people who need to see it, for example. Is that neighborhood logging company gonna see this and slow down? is the meat processing company gonna c it and slow down? or that hunter's club on main street, are they gonna c it? it'd be nice if the message was more popular than a website people havent heard of, and videos online, or just youtube for that manner.

  • I totally agree with you. It's kinda funny but it's kinda sad at the same time...

  • but fact is that it is getting popular and that it is getting somewhere. i've been going green for many years now and you wouldnt beleive there are a noticably larger amount of people now who are informed and active.

besides, if it bothers you (and thats a good thing cause it should) then do something and spread the message.

  • unitl the apocalypse :P

  • A laissez-faire economist would say that if we can buy something, it's because we deserve to have it, because we've done that much for other people. That would mean that as long as we've paid for all the resources we're using, we deserve to use it.

Of course, not everybody agrees with the laissez-faire economists--that's their viewpoint, not mine.

  • Beautifully, seamlessly produced.

But a simplistic and possibly deceptive message.

  • SEND ME MONEY TO SAVE THE PLANET

I am currently developing a car that is fueled by puppies and kittens (adult cats and dogs are not efficient enough since they're not as cute) and saves rubber by using tires made from baby seals. Unforftunately I have yet to raise the funds to purchase the test vehicle, an '08 Mustang GT convertible, remember you're not helping me, you're helping the planet.

  • a one planet life may be possible, but let's make a new world instead! but, i like that vid.

  • awesome editing and message overall. U Rock! Rock on!

Check out our new music vid "We Have a Dream Too!"

  • The earth is dying, it's that simple and unless something is done soon then there won't be a semi-healthy enviorment for my daughter or my grandchildren. Wars won't help, greed won't help and neither will SUV's. Plant a tree, walk instead of drive, every little thing helps.

  • I want to answer to wolfprintproduction: ANY kind of control on people's life is wrong, but it's not to say that we can't make sensitize about the Earth-overcrowding and( the music of the video sucks )

  • You don't need to make a lot of money to be using too many resources.

  • Oh No....... not another reason for the rest of the world to hate Yanks...

  • FACT: IF everyone lived like Al Gore, Madonna, John Travolta, Richard Branson etc. and all those other "Preachers of the Cause" this planet would be cinders next week!

FACT: I pay in 17 months what Gore pays in one month for home electricity -$1200.00

  • Glad to see the population control comments. I have been saying for years that the main problem is TOO MANY PEOPLE. Period. We need population control in a huge way and kudos to China for their extreme but at this point reasonable solution of one child per family. I don't know if that policy is still in effect, and they got a lot of flack for it, but at least they did something!!!

  • you sounds like a communist to me. or some elite? well actually thanks to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation they are doing it. kinda like extermination of human being to make our population in control. well only the financed and well educated people will do such thing. enter to a new world controlled by rich damn people. the planet will be a better place! or is it?

  • Bush is an idiot. But that is beside the point. The reason we are not involved (and most of us think we should be, by the way) is that the agreement did not include developing nations (which includes China and India) That is a problem indeed, when you look at their populations and growth rate. We are wrong and need to change, but the developing nations need to also be responsible. Getting all the facts would be a good place to start...

  • We should realize and incorporate PREVENTION and HOLISTIC into all parts of life v. INTERVENTION only and DECOMPARTMENTALIZED approaches. We must strike balance and that's the bottomline. The scales have been tipped one side for too long. So the pendulum is swinging the other direction now with a lot muscle power more than ever. You can get hit by it or help push it and be a force for positive change. You decide.

  • The US has led the direction of global policy soon that will change unless they see where we need to go. I think we shouldn't speculate if we have global warming. Clearly we all can agree that we can do more to be a better global citizen period. And not act like an only child. There are other people and countries on this planet and only so much room and resources. So are we going to share or fight. Let's remember Kindergarden.

  • The video is part of a campaign which is a good start. I think other groups should get on board and contribute to reducing unsustainable consumption. One organization can't do it but collectively we can all make a difference.

  • fact:the u.s is the worst enemy for the inviroment. and you still say no to agree with the kyoto deal of reducing pollution and co2. china is nr 2.. but you got to think aboute that its 1 billion more people there.. Bush said no to kyoto cos it will damage youre economy... well, maby it is to late allready, but its really to late to wait longer.

so you can die with a burger in youre hand and alot of beef each day, three cars and dont put up prices on bad things.

  • It's good that Care2 is saying something. However, it is sad that they dare not go far enough. Our strain on the world is ALREADY not sustainable. Not only do we need a more ecological lifestyle, we need 90% less human population. We need a "deep ecological" society.

  • So you pulled that number from where, your a**? Al Gore flies around in his private jet and can buy his way out of not living green (through his own company, no less). Normal people don't have that capacity. What we need is for famous loudmouths and corporations to practice what they preach before they target normal people.

  • Real statistics and common sense. Don't you understand that life is becoming extinct? Our planet is being destroyed. One of my "idols" is Pentti Linkola who does practice what he teaches. Though it is important that individuals not take responsibility for things not their fault. Living ecologically is made extremely difficult by society. The best thing for "normal people" to do is attack the powers that force them to live the wrong way.

  • this video is good enough, but it doesn't say an important truth:we can't have many children to have any supportable kind of life on the Earth

  • graet video!

I hope alot of people are going to think abit more about how they behave towards the earth (and others)

  • The best part about this video is the "You can just buy green, or live it." It's so true, nothing is going to be solved by people simply purchasing stuff. It'll take much more, a change in our lives. If everyone participates, the changes don't even have to be THAT dramatic.

    Great vid.

  • You said it, realjameso16. I think this is fantastic video; if everyone started living green "as well as" (sorry, can't italicize here) buying green products, we all could make a huge difference for the better.

  • Using quotation marks for emphasis is often frowned upon; asterisks are considered more correct but less formal. I'd recommend rephrasing: ". . . if everyone started not only buying green products but also living green . . ."

  • You should open up to responses from people who want to comment on Earth Day although it may not be as good as yours it would show solidality.

  • Accelerate global warming! It's too cold in the Northwest!!

    WOO-HOO!!!

  • Just more of the blame-game. The US is not the only consumeristic nation in the world. Stereotypical garbage... where's my Hummer, apparently I need 5 of them to be happy.

  • They said NORTH America. Not only blaming the US, there are other countries in North America.

  • Riiiiight. You know exactly who they're insinuating when they say North America. People aren't that idiotic. Hummer = USA. Overconsumption = USA. Everyone can see who this is pointed at, so don't give me that garbage. The only reason they don't say "USA" right out is so they can defend their precious marketing scheme when people call it for what it is.

  • The USA is 5% of the worlds population and we consume 28% of the worlds resources and produce 29% of the worlds carbon emissions.

Time to face the truth, the USA IS contributing GREATLY to global warming and pollution.

  • And how much do we produce? How much do we give in aid, food, military assistance? We're the most powerful country in the world for a reason, not just because we consume.

On top of that, it is still HIGHLY questionable how much man contributes to global warming, IF its actually the cause of global change.

There are reasons why the US did not sign the Kyoto treaty. Look into it. If anyone has a problem with pollution, point those fingers at China.

  • this ins't about global warming. it is about a world of Finite resources. We consume much more than is sustainable. Period. It doesn't matter how powerful you believe we are, or how "nice". We consume too much, waste too much and pollute too much.

Are you ready for China to do the same thing?

  • stop trying to confuse hippy libs with logic Ghostkitty

  • How abou twe clean up our own mess and let others worry about theirs? THat's the responsible thing. I don't have control of Chinese policy and practice. But I do have control over my own choices.

  • great video! do you see a difference in the response compared to a campaign without a video?

  • Good idea: Any plans to get this on national TV?

  • Cool concept, way to go Free Range!

  • Great video! Very clever concept. I'm going to "favorite" this one, and would urge others to do the same.

  • Happy Earth Day - and Happy Mother's Day - Mother Earth. Let's all start living a one planet life.

  • Yay! Free Range Studios rocks! Keep it up!
