Let me just say that I am a Malay student and I just watched this video and agree that some, NOT all people that works in the govt is slow.

But majority of them are useless.

And before you comment on someone's broken english make sure yours is not broken as well.

Firstly i need to clarify, in the government office, majority are Malay, they're slow(LEMBAP) to do something pls understand this as we knew that shit very well though.

Secondly, look the way they talked is stammer cause they couldnt speak English that well, as you knew that Malay work in the government sector are only speak their own language which is Malay.
