i think i would rather have a bite plate. they said what i have is called 'bite planes'. which are these annoying mound buildups on the bottom molars, one on each side, to prevent me from biting down on my bottom brackets and it makes it impossible to eat! *sigh* at least u can take yours out. idk how i am going to survive 8 weeks of this torture.

Did you have any other appliances other than spacers before braces? I have to get an annoying expander sometime after Christmas (i could get it now and get braces and all but I want a new TV soo..) because I have a friggen retarded cross bite, BUT MY BROTHER DOESN'T!! Its totally unfair, but if you did could you give me some pointers on taking care of a "Bonded Expander." Even if you didn't and maybe you bro or a friend did, could I get some pointers, cuz I'm like freaking out!

Haaa haaaa you're hilairous. BTW I got a dinosaur neck too so it's all good. My ortho gave me stuff, can I ask for more, like of toothbrushes, she gave me special braces ones but in a yr im going to need more. Also, your cat is adorable and awwwwh bro n sis in braces. My sister and I have the EXACT same bite nad were supposed to get braces at the same time. We did not get to and then time went by and she gave up on braces. btw that mouth wash amazing yay bubblegum. Got the SAME kit <3

them lil pinbk things are called Disclosing tablets, which you chew (not swallow) and then u swirl it around ur mouth then spit out any remains and you'll see where youve not been brushing properly :D

if you think the bite plate is bad, try the expandor. I've had both, expandor is wayyyyy worse

If you're still unsure of what the purple tablet things are, they're those stupid things that you chew and they stick onto the dirt and stuff in your teeth so you can see where you need to brush again. I had mine before I got braces (when I had my retainer) and I've only used them like 3 times. Someone's probably already commented telling you that but yeah xD hopefully my braces will be off next month.

the red cote lil chew thingys suck...ur supposed to chew them up, then it will show up a dark pinkish color on plaque. basically, it's to show u how well ur brushing, but u don't really need them if u know u brush well. they also stain ur tongue pink for like a day, which is annoying! so, u don't need to use them :)
