Hi Esther! I love every video you post and I practise everyday with your exercises. As I have always my children with me while pratising I wondered whether there are some poses suitable for small children (eg 3 to10 years old) so that they can enjoy yoga too! :) thanks a lot!

I have a herniated disk between 6 and 7 disk. Chaturanga hurts my back even though i bend my knees. I thought this video might give me an alternative, do you suggest doing another pose instead or maybe some adjustments to chaturanga? Thank you! Your videos are a great help for me!
At last! I have a painful neuroma(scar) on my left palm, which oftenly prevents me from practice, now I can use these videos on bad days :) thank u & I will update. P/s my body is changing for the better with you guidance

Thank you! I was going to write to you and ask you to do a video like this one, it is so frustrating not being able to do my normal yoga routine because of a bit of shoulder pain.
Thank you so much for this video. I had surgery on my sholder a while back and downward facing dog is a pose quite hard for me to do. So this video is very useful for me:)
