It's freeze dried, so it feels like a dried out marshmellow, but tastes like ice cream when you eat it

I love Mountain House - I've even eaten the beef chili mac at home. At $6/meal they're a little steep, but still worth it.

Do the people running the booths generally not want to be on camera? it seems like you intentionally keep them out of the shot in many of your videos.

We don't want people in our videos, these aren't meant to be interviews.. we want as much of the video as possible to show product details.

Interesting philosophy, I suppose it makes sense to focus on the products - but I can't help wanting a glimpse at whoever is talking. (oddly enough this doesn't happen for me with videos where the camera man is the one talking.) Thanks again.
