you have to set a fire on a building and go to the vehicles menu. thats the only time the mission comes up.

downlod mod go to my computer all doc C all progrms go to maxis simcity 4 plugins folder an extract your download then drg the download to plugins and simcity isnt hard really just making it beatiful nd stuff takes some time

My trains will never work ill like build a track and station but theres never any train lawl, might sound nooby but how do i get them to work?

well i only see trains if they are on the borders of the town. make a station near the boundary and they should be showing up if there is a big town connected

some of them have an installer, such as the network addon mod, but most of them require you to put files into the plugins folder in the sim city 4 folder in the documents folder
