polar cubs are ment to be in snow. they do perfectly fine in the wild while they are blind, if they didn't we would never have seen a polar bear for they would have died off thousands of years ago. plus would you like to be kept up in a "cage" to be viewed by polar bears, no i didn't think so.

I used to live in Stuttgart, good job to all of you at Wilhelma for keeping things quiet. And I am glad Corinne is taking care of him. Now I am curious about polar bears in captivity and why the others didn't care for their babies.
