Looks like a Varna Diablo

It's a "varnovski". the shell is built from the moulds of a Varna Diablo, although the bike inside is a bit different.

These bikes are velocar or velomobile in french.

They can go at 35kmh with almost no efforts, and mayb around 60 of top speed. The main defaut is the weight when it gos up and the price.
