You basically sit in your harness that has a cable attached to it. On the opposite end is a block that sits on top of the zip wire secured by 2 carabinas. It's completely safe. I took an 9 year old with me the last time I was at Grizedale Forrest.

@aliciah10 you clip a rollar thats on your belt to the rail and clip your carabeners to it , trust you did it right and throw yourself off the edge

if you fall to your death you know you did it wrong

I believe Dalby Forrest in Yorkshire is the place to go if you cant make the trek up to Scotland who I believe have the longest zipwire of them all.
