I wonder if the code has anything to do with research conducted by the Germans during WW2 involving invisibility. Possible the coordinates for the location of papers of artifacts concerning the Die Glocke. The key world seem to be invisibility, Berlin and a set of latitude and logitude coordinates. Possible the coordinates will reveal the location of the written documents concerning the test by the german scientist brought over to American during project paperclip.
Look at it closely. It's looks like the Microsoft Windows Logo (ie. I have Windows7 - bottom left corner of my screen looks just like it). Actually, the Swastika symbol makes up the frame of the logo. Does that have any relevance to Berlin?? - just askin
"You dumbasses. You spent all of your time trying to decode this when you could have been doing something more productive. The fourth piece was just a bunch of letters strewn together just to make you feel like you had a purpose in life. It was made to keep the excitement alive. You will die before "solving" the rest of the puzzle . . . *Undecipherable* . . .
The CIA has altered the picture of the "magic bullet" on Wikipedia.
Go to your local library (very soon) before books containing the JFK assassination picture of the pristine condition magic bullet are removed & replaced.
Over half of the 4th panel is a repeating message that only gets longer line by line. You can clearly pick out *KRYPTOSABCDEFGHIJLMNQUVWXZ* being used to fill in the remaining space after what is the only part that is not a repeatition. Which is the alphabet, with the letters KRYPTOS removed and placed at the front. So, why bother wasting time solving a message that repeats itself so many times. Its most likely nothing just a lame ending to preserve some mysticism as a sad practical joke.
No offense, I really don't care for all the symbols, that is why people get so wrapped over codes, granted they are important, but um no offense, I'm not going to decode an impossible code lol when I can read people inside the building. Lesson: I get intel just from listening to people, I waste time when I do a stupid riddle...seriously never liked crossword puzzles, end of story. Shows they get wayyy to bored.
lol. Then why don't we solve it? It has obviously been solved hahaha! This Game of Life is getting out of hand. It's not hard to figure out common sense! The code could be solved with Common Sense, and has. Everyone, give it a go. It's hyped up much more than the Aliens/CIA say.
First of all, the 'CIA Complex' is NOT located in Washington D.C. It is located in Langley, Virginia down the street from my house. And here is another fact: The Pentagon that you see in movies...with the little ticker that flashes at the bottom of the screen indicating 'Washington D.C.' is NOT located in Washington D.C. The Pentagon is located in Arlington, Virginia. Whoever made Transformers 2 should have understood this.
CIA Dude, "Hey you're makin the sculpture right?"
Sculpter, "Ya, why?"
CIA Dude, "Here's what we'll do, I'll give you three codes to put on the sculpture, and the last one we'll just throw some random numbers on there. We'll just screw with people!"
THERE JUST SHITTIN US PEOPLE! haha thats what i think at least.
Actually, WW is the first thing that comes to mind because it makes perfect sense, but its believe that WW actually stands for William Whiston, google him.
thats possible, however, I think if an agent actually did solve k4 they would at least announce that it has been solved. The director of the cia also has the plain text.
so what if they decipher it? a man created it so what can it be? :/

The solution:
"Ah you loved me as a loser but now you worried that i just might win
you know the way to stop me but you don't have the discipline
how many nights I prayed for, this to let my work begin
First we take Manhattan , then we take BERLIN.
