Yes, they have it down pat! You'll find this sort of stuff all over Southeast Asia, but nowhere really compares to Vietnam.

It almost appears as if there is some order to that chaos, notice that ppl walking do not stop, speed up, or slow down. Interesting.
However, i would only be able to handle that stress once in a while. Is all of SE Asia similar?
