Two things: if H2O2 is ingested, it can mix with your stomach acid (HCl) and create what is called "poor man's aqua regia," this has a disastrous effect on your stomach lining and intestines. It's not dangerous at all...it's water & oxygen.

I use a new glass nasal spray bottle and inhale it a few times a day about 10 pumps.

Google H202 the cure! It has been taken introvenusly to cure cancer and a whole gambit of other diseases you will never hear from the fda. You cant patent it because it is in all living things, this no money. Your body produces it naturally to fight off viruses.

They are useing ony 3% grade of H202, there is a food grade which you can consume. the food grade is 35% and is very strong, you def dont want to put that shit on your skin at that potency it will burn you like acid, what you have to do is dilute it, 3 drops per 8oz of water, it wll oxygenate your water, do this daily for 16 days, 3 times a day and you will kill, and clear things up you never though possible, increase the drops 1 a day. that 3% is mostly for topical use.

But to comment, the cleaning/disinfecting stuff she was talking about can also be done with diluted white vinegar, which is cheaper and doesn't break down if you put it in a see-thru bottle. And didn't everyone already know that you can get blood out with it or use it as mouthwash? I think so. Oh, and using it for cuts and scrapes...doctors are now recommending we use saline or plain water, because alcohol and peroxide can dry out sking, making wounds take longer to heal.
