Your throttle curves don't sound right. Try making them 0, 75, 85, 95, 100. This will keep the headspeed fairly constant. An alternate method would be to takeoff/land with normal throttle curves then switch flight modes to idle up set to 65, 75, 85, 95, 100 or settings that suits the model.
