I love this song! I hear it on the radio all the time, and last night at church this song came to my mind. We were reading in Exodus, and I can't remember the chapter right away, but I remember reading the verse where the blood was left on the doorframe at the time of Passover.

@JerrbearForever The Kevin Spencer Family no longer exists. In 1999 or 2000 Kevin and Tammy divorced and Kevin continued to sing with James Dean with various male saprano singers as Kevin Spencer and Friends. More recently Kevin has embarked on a solo career. I like to go see him when I can. We have known him for years and hes now a personal friend.

We (my mom and some of my brothers and sisters) saw Kevin Spencer and Friends twice. I try to keep up with Him and when he's anywhere close, here in KY, so I can keep going. We all loved them the first time we saw them. The whole Spencer Family have such awesome voices and their witness is remarkable. Keep up the wonder work you do for the Lord. You know this song has such depth to it. I used to sing this song and one night a young man came over and said Sis were did you ever hear that song. I realized this song is all about the Communion and when I was supposed to take the LORDS supper one night at a communion service I was afraid I didn't understand the depth of this. My sister sat me down and went to the old testement and taught me about the BLOOD on the doorposts. Now I KNOW.The Blood will remain to cover us when we accept CHRIST.
