The military life is hard but give him all the support you can. It is equally hard for him to leave you and your little girls. There are also many benefits for him and your family from the military so be thankful.

My best friend is a military wife and married right out of high school. I asked, and she said she just takes everything day by day. She tries to distract herself with work and school (she doesn't have kids), and try not to focus on missing her husband. She said that there's not real secret, just prayers and faith and hope.

It's best to get busy... Realize that the kids are truly blessed to have you at all times as a parent figure. Being a mom and dad at the same time will have it's ups and down, but I assure you it's possible. Keep in touch with family and close friends... xoxoxo

You know, I get so mad (but don´t show it) when my girlfriends complain to me about not seeing their boyfriend (whom they live with) for a weekend, or maybe a week because he´s on a business trip.
I`m like: helloooo...I see my fiancé 2-3 times a year max, try that and you´ll really know how it is to miss someone
(I know they don´t mean anything bad by it though, so I never say anything)
my best advice to u is to stay strong and have faith in him and in yourself true love always outlast anything else remember the good times while he's gone and create better times when he returns BE STRONG can stress it enough we go thru lot in our lives but u must not concentrate on him being gone but on wat he is doing for u and his family take care.

, because if a girl like me, that sees her boyfriend everyday and lives together, cant even sleep at night with out him....and you can go for months and months and months w/o your husband.....than that right there proves how strong you are.
So I stayed home, and I couldnt even gfall asleep until he came home, and that was at almost 3 in the morning, so of course the next day i was super tired, but I just wanted to share that with you because I wanted to make sure you know how strong you are.....
I literally could not sleep one night when we got a call from his parents saying that his dad was in the emergency room cause he cutt his leg, and I had to stay home and sleep because i had school (college) the next day at 730 in the morning.
Hey girl, so I first just wanted to say that youre so strong and to keep being strong because your strength is what will carry you and guide you to the right places. My boyfrined is not in the military and we see each other everyday, so even more so I can feel for you because seriously, i dont know what I would do without having him by my side when i sleep ever night, its just soooo hard and I give you the upmost respect for having that kind of strength.
I just want to let you know that I really feel for you. I Cant image the pain you go through knowing your husband is away for three months. You are such a wonderful & strong women, especially to keep your girls safe & that you take care of them. Your in my prayers & I pray that you stay strong & keep your head up. i think you are so amazing i don't know what its like to be a military wife at all but my sisters boy friend was sent into the military an hes been there for a few months and it was really hard to see him go but we got through it and i know you will to just keep your head head high and i will pray for you and your family.And i know your husband will come back as safe as ever and he will be the happiest person in the world to come home to a family like yours. good luck!!

well i know ho army can mess up lifes you become lonely and really sad i wass alwayz worried about people showing up to the house with a bad message its very hard especially if your pregnate and have a two year old

You're such a strong woman for being a military wife. so props to you girl! I know it's difficult, but you'll get through it. hang tough, don't overwhelm yourself too much, and just take things one day at a time to let your feelings take its course.

Stay busy and try to be around his family a lot of the time. They miss him too and you both could use the support:) Remember the little ones need support too! Have faith & you'll do great, I know it will be hard being on your own as well as missing your loved one..but I wish your husband luck and you as well:)

It's best to get busy... Realize that the kids are truly blessed to have you at all times as a parent figure. Being a mom and dad at the same time will have it's ups and down, but I assure you it's possible. Keep in touch with family and close friends... xoxoxo

You know, I get so mad (but don´t show it) when my girlfriends complain to me about not seeing their boyfriend (whom they live with) for a weekend, or maybe a week because he´s on a business trip.
I`m like: helloooo...I see my fiancé 2-3 times a year max, try that and you´ll really know how it is to miss someone
(I know they don´t mean anything bad by it though, so I never say anything)

I literally could not sleep one night when we got a call from his parents saying that his dad was in the emergency room cause he cutt his leg, and I had to stay home and sleep because i had school (college) the next day at 730 in the morning.

My boyfrined is not in the military and we see each other everyday, so even more so I can feel for you because seriously, i dont know what I would do without having him by my side when i sleep ever night, its just soooo hard and I give you the upmost respect for having that kind of strength.

i think you are so amazing i don't know what its like to be a military wife at all but my sisters boy friend was sent into the military an hes been there for a few months and it was really hard to see him go but we got through it and i know you will to just keep your head head high and i will pray for you and your family.And i know your husband will come back as safe as ever and he will be the happiest person in the world to come home to a family like yours. good luck!!

I empathise with you completely as i am in a long distance relationship which is sometimes hard and i cant even begin to imagine what it must be like for you, as well as having to cope looking after your kids by yourself.
Your husband is a really great role model for your kids and they willl grow up to be really proud of him.
