I like it - looks like a prop from one of the Alien movies, very H.R.Giger with all the mechnical-electronic sh*t on the tank. Dude's right about the bars though - stick some apehangers on it, or some dirtbike bars & cut that seat down to about halfway.

i would call this a new style "pack rat". the collection of little bits and pieces isnt customary in rats but the look of it works very well...it reminds me of a bag lady or a gypsy wagon.
