(I know this is from 2007 but needed to comment) Awesome presentation skills! Please read some culture theory though. I can recommend Hofstede, Trompenaar and Gesteland. Maybe you have but this video barely shows knowledge of cultural differences other than having visited some countries. You will be amazed by these authors. Good luck
