Ya well... the change to Windfury Totem also helps. It's a flat haste bonus instead of chance for extra attack.

Seal twisting is when you have SoC up then right when your about to swing you use SoB... it boosts your dps by 10-15% so she could have had alot more dps. But now that the patch is out you cant seal twist anymore.

Problem with fury warriors in general is that if they get too much agro it is hard to get it off where a pally (In an instance non raid)has 2 bubbles and can also blow up one of the enemies using wings trink and stuns.... plus in some ways ret pallys are like enhancement shams where they can buff and throw bubbles over spell casters to redirect agro.
