hey i have a question casting distance wise a shimano curado 200e7 shimano citica or a abu garcia revo sx which one can cast a 1/4 oz swimbait and topwater popper frther all the people here use shimano cores and steez and chronarch i cant afford that and a rod so its either one of those reels the fish are a good 150 200 ft out

We caught a lot of them in the Black River. We just called'em

rock bass". They were stockier fish,though. Lots of frogs & such to feed on. They'd average about .5-.75lb. Beautiful fish too.

actually theres two species of goggle eye ones the Green Sunfish and the other is the Warmouth...i like that rod and reel combo you got, looks like a carrot stick and cant tell wat the reel is...

nice catch man, I have ran in to similar fish but there called Warmouths a type of bluegill. They say its a hybrid of bass and blue gill. I have aqarium with bass and 1warmouth 1 yellowperch some bluegill and some crappie I really get to c how fish are and react and what structure they like.

bluegill and largemouth... mostly call em rock bass. Biggest pain in the dick lol they tear soft plastics up and are pretty much useless.
