I was saddened to see the message left on Steve and Eydie's website that Eydie will no longer be touring. I was hoping to see my favourite singer in concert but I guess it will not happen now. I guess what they say is true if you snooze you lose. Boy, did I ever lose out! I guess I'll have to be content with listening to my huge collection of Steve and Eydie CD's.

God I LOVE her!!!

Eydie is always fashionable and put together. She sings with clarity and sincerity, ya know?

The woman no doubt has the pipes but seldom overdoes it...Just the right amount of BANG every time.

And the ultimate payoff for me as the listener, is to simply take in her gorgeous highs and lows as well as her distinct phrasing.

I have a bunch of her music (solo and with Steve) but never heard this song.  THANKS SO MUCH for making it available.

As the french would say "Je suis d'accord avec toi". I am in total agreement with your comment. I only know of a few interpreters in the music industry - two are the incredible singing duo still going strong (Steve and Eydie), the other three have left us but will never be forgotten: Francis Albert Sinatra, Peggy Lee and Ella Fitzgerald.

No other female in the music industry will ever sing as beautifully as Eydie Gorme. No one hits even the highest notes like she does...perfectly. I love this song and I love the way she sings it.
